Make the leader responsible for replacing themselves
Recruit

Deploy
Mentor
Nurture
Organic is good but we still need some structure of some kind (like APEST)
To identify Leaders- Qualities needed in a leader:
Faithful
Available
Spiritual
Teachable
Value leaders as well as followers- talk about both
