Biblos.com is my new favorite. It gives visuals with every chapter, offers a parallel bible, gives tons of cross references, allows you to do a comparison of a verse in different versions and languages, includes built in commentary, has a good encyclopedia, bible concordances, power point slides and an atlas and more.
